Buyers ask if they are obliged to be members of the management company or can they get out of it?

If it is provided for in the special conditions in the Building Agreement/ Conditions of Sale then YES it will be obligatory for the buyer to become a member of the management company. Also, they should see their rights and obligations in respect to the management company detailed in the Deed of Transfer.
