Answer:
You do not need to pay your fee until a few days prior to closing or your mortgage switch signing. If buying with a mortgage or you are switching this is usually just before drawdown.
You will be given a flat fee quote at the start of the process.
Sometimes things happen and sales fall through. If that does happen with your purchase, then we won't charge you. Our purpose is to help you understand what you are signing and to guide you through making a good purchase and we understand you may find out this is not the property for you or the seller may change their mind.

You will be asked a few questions and when you click “view quote” you will see the cost and a breakdown of Government fees so we can help you with a full cost and government fee estimate summary. You can download it for your records.
