What is Conveyancing?

Edited

What is Conveyancing?   Conveyancing is explained as the legal process of transferring property from one owner to another.  Purchasing a house can be a complicated process. A conveyancing solicitor can help you ensure that what you purchase is completely yours, has all the services needed, and there are no restrictions on what you can and cannot do with the property. The lender will also insist on a solicitor being involved to process the mortgage, stamp the purchase deed with the Revenue Commissioners and register the transfer with the Property Registration Authority.
