Rest assured, we are committed to efficiency. Within 24 hours of your initial meeting with your solicitor, we promise to onboard you and request your sales advice notice. Subsequently, within the same timeframe, we formally request your contract and title documents from the vendor’s solicitor. Our commitment extends to reviewing these documents within 48 hours of receiving them, and promptly addressing any pre-contract queries that arise during this period.
