So what does a Solicitor do in the conveyancing process?

Edited

Solicitors review your contract & your title documents to make sure your new home is of good title and the Transfer for Ownership is clean & clear. We will set up an online meeting at a time that works for you and you can ask us questions and we can review all of the documents together and sign contracts during meetings. The solicitors also go through the property's planning permissions & check that Certificates of Compliance are in place. Your solicitors will review your loan offer to make sure special conditions can be met.
